From setting up the appointment to the truck pulling away, clearing junk has never been easier. I set up an appointment through the online portal on Friday at 3pm for the Junkluggers to arrive the following morning at 8am. I received a confirmation call from a very friendly person at around 5pm that night, letting me know the names of the people who would be coming and that they would call 15-20 minutes before they arrived. The next day, 20 minutes before arriving I got a call from the driver saying they were on the way, they showed up on time, we're super friendly, and removed everything carefully, no wall dings or scrapes. They were in and out in no time at all, and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

The team worked tremendously hard. The basement was filled with items that had accumulated over the course of 40 years. Getting the junk to the trucks included negotiating a dozen steps and going through the living room, which the gentlemen did cleanly and carefully. Some items had to be moved up to an elevated patio and hauled around the house to the trucks. Members of the crew were professional, energetic, efficient, and friendly. We were highly impressed with their work, and would recommend them to others. We chose The Junkluggers because the company recycles as many items as possible.
