From setting up the appointment to the truck pulling away, clearing junk has never been easier. I set up an appointment through the online portal on Friday at 3pm for the Junkluggers to arrive the following morning at 8am. I received a confirmation call from a very friendly person at around 5pm that night, letting me know the names of the people who would be coming and that they would call 15-20 minutes before they arrived. The next day, 20 minutes before arriving I got a call from the driver saying they were on the way, they showed up on time, we're super friendly, and removed everything carefully, no wall dings or scrapes. They were in and out in no time at all, and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
