Easy to use. Quick response. People who came to our house were very courteous and pleasant. The furniture was moved carefully with no damage to our wood floor or to the very heavy piece that was taken. The cost was reasonable. We like that items in good condition are donated so that someone else benefits and it doesn't end up in a landfill.
